Allen Sparkman, Bruce Shaffer, and David Perlick practice law under the same guiding principles. We focus on using both personal and professional experience to support the objectives of our clients, operating with the highest level of professionalism and service. We enjoy being advocates, mediators, and consultants while representing our clients in a variety of challenging and interesting situations.

Allen, Bruce, and David also share a strong commitment to serving and supporting the community. We advise on the funding of charities, donor planning and the establishment and operation of foundations and other non-profit organizations. Personally, we are involved in several community-based organizations and are also dedicated to being both teachers and students in support of legal education, youth programs, and community workshops. As a Business Partner of The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County, Allen, Bruce, and David have committed to contribute (either in cash or through services) an amount equal to at least two per cent of their firm's pre-tax profits to charitable organizations.
