David's main objective is to protect the financial, business and property interests of his clients, while raising client-awareness of the legal issues that affect them. Both a lawyer and certified mediator, David's strengths lie in developing strategy and guiding people through important business & family decisions, especially where long-term relationships or difficult dynamics are involved. David particularly enjoys negotiating deals, working on complex estates, and structuring limited partnerships, joint ventures and private offerings. David also enjoys presenting workshops on business and estate matters to a wide variety of audiences, including seniors, business owners, professionals, and even secondary school youth.
David graduated in 1992 with honors from Touro Law Center in Huntington, NY, where he was Founder and first President of the Touro Dispute Resolution Society. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boulder County Estate Planning Council. He is a long-term resident of Boulder, Colorado, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. His other interests include music, hiking and skiing.
