Doug Foote has been engaged in the practice of law since 1968. He specializes in serving the needs of entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses and their owners and executives in the areas of domestic and international business transactions, contracts, corporate law, financing, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, employment and general business law. He also counsels lawyers and law firms on matters of legal ethics.
In addition to providing legal counsel, Doug has served as CEO, COO, and CFO of companies in the medical device, environmental, and engineering and consulting fields.
